New York (Monitoring Desk) – Recently, former US President Donald Trump survived an assassination attempt in which a bullet grazed his ear. According to the Daily Mail, an American plastic surgeon has stated that repairing the damage caused to Donald Trump's ear by the bullet could cost up to $10,000 in procedures.
Donald Trump revealed that a piece of the upper part of his ear was lost due to the bullet. Dr. Dennis Dass, a board-certified plastic surgeon who has repaired the injured ears of hundreds of people, said that the procedure depends on the extent of the damage. Since Trump's ear was wounded by a bullet, the repair could be complex.
Dr. Dass explained that immediately after the incident, a bandage was applied to Trump's ear to stop further bleeding, and stitches have now been placed. It will take three to six weeks for the wound to heal, after which the process of repairing the ear through plastic surgery will begin. The procedure will take 1 to 2 hours and could cost up to $10,000.
